Some songs are strictly for fun and the joy of singing, others elicit the deep feelings found in gospel music. I am creating a songbook full of melodies and harmonies and lyrics that free-thinkers and religious liberals can heartily sing.”
Judy is inviting members of the Corvallis community for this singalong on March 7 in order to hear and feel our responses to her collection. She also welcomes suggestions of other songs appropriate to this songbook project. The singalong will begin at 7 PM, preceded by a potluck at 5:30 PM.
